It's fun creating things that bring joy to the face of a child. This dollie quilt is made from left over charms when making a large quilt. When I need to make a quilt for a liitle girl - I especially like to use matching charms from the "big" quilt to make a matching dollie quilt to go with it for her. You don't have to use traditional quilting motifs for these small projects - use those fancy decorative stitches from your machine. 6-page PDF with instructions. Treasures In Stitches
Hello! My name is Hope. I started my crafting adventure by helping my Mom make Christmas ornaments from Montgomery Ward at age 6. She showed me how to take a straight pin, load on beads and a sequin so she could put it onto Styrofoam shapes. I still have those ornaments years later. After that, I went on to learn how to crochet, embroider, sew (somewhat) and make jewelry. My husband is retired, so I have built an at home business to supplement our income. Treasures In Stitches is slowly gaining momentum. I create quilt and project patterns along with customized machine-embroidered items. Wishing you an awesome day!
