Do you sell this cake? No, just for fun

Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: I covered the cake with chocolate ganache using the upside down technique which gave me the sharpest edges of any cake I've ever made :) I covered the ganache with MMF and applied the tumbling block pattern, also made with MMF, using the waxed paper transfer technique. This tutorial has been a game changer for me!!! Thank you so much Jessica!!!

What are you most proud of? The sharp edges on the cake and the clean pattern created by the WPT technique.

Beautiful! How did you make the blocks pattern?

I cut vertical rows then made angled horizontal cuts. Lining up the pattern was very easy using Jessica's WPT technique.
