Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: The art deco design and chevron design - I used a mould, originally I was going to use Jessica Harris's wax paper transfer method (great technique, definitely be using this technique on other designs). I was lucky enough to come across the silicon mould at the last minute, so i use that method. I used 50/50 homemade marshmallow fondant and modeling chocolate. The ruffle roses on the bottom tier, I used technique from Rachel Teufel class - creating that satin fabric finish. The flowers was technique learned from Maggie Austin "Cabbage Rose"
