Do you have cutting instructions for this? It is exactly what I wanna do but I failed cutting smaller pieces...

Actually, when I was piecing the flying geese patches, I just added another stitched line 1/2" away from the "corner to corner" line (similar to how you create half square triangles) and then cut between the two stitched lines. That left me with 8 half square triangles that were between 2 1/2" and 3". I trimmed mine down to 2 1/2" from there and laid them out as shown on the back block above. If this isn't clear, please let me know.
