Thank you! This is the second time I've made a frilled cake since your class. Question: I seem to have trouble with my homemade fondant sticking in the pasta roller and I have to stop and clean the rollers after several passes. I've tried using plenty of cornstarch dusted on the fondant, and made sure my fondant was firm but it still sticks when I start to get down to a 5. Do you have this problem? Next time I think I'm going to do a 50/50 fondant gumpaste mix.
