Thank you. The class was truly wonderful and your instructions great. The only confusion I had was, I wasn't quite sure if the ham and cheese, spinach and feta and the chocolate croissants all got proofed too. The way the course was laid out, it did leave that question. However, I assumed because it was laminated dough also that they should. Regina
