Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: I used homemade buttercream to pipe these rosettes all over the three layer cake. I used the rosette technique taught in the Wilton buttercream class and just piped dozens of roses all over this cake... Delish! I finished it with a little pearl spray from wilton and a few edible pearls on top!
