What are you most proud of? I'm proud that it worked out on a small scale now to try and do it on a large scale I usually make 14 kg at a time in my wood oven just for home consumption

Looks delicious. One note to consider for next time - try slashing more down the loaf than across the loaf and slash just a bit deeper. You get better oven spring that way. Keep us posted as you scale up the formulas - I'm really interested in hearing how it goes for you.
