What materials did you use? A commercially produced thank you card, tatting thread size 20, tacky glue.

What are you most proud of? The little bit of blue seems to make the other colors "pop" more.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Small tatted flowers and butterflies are a fun way to add a personal, handmade touch to a store-bought card.

Oh, the card itself is purchased, with the flower design already on it. All I did was make the tatted bits and glue them on. Sort of like "gilding the lily" :)

I learned tatting when I was about 13 and have made quite a few things, but not during the last 20 years or so. Your lovely project is such creative fun, I'll start something again soon. Thank you for showing!!
