Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: I used a littlte fondant for the beak and claws, m&m's for the eyes( this kind is a little bigger coz they are the candy corn flavor). I made the Swiss buttercream for the first time. I used the the small tip for leaves and pipe the frosting all over to have a feather texture effect.

What are you most proud of? It was my first time to make a simple sculpted cake and the head stayed up. The recipient loved it because she loves owl.
