What materials did you use? Batiks and Kona Solids 100% cotton and cotton batting.

I was thinking of taking this class and your quilt is so stunning. I think I'll have to invest in this class. It is great to see finished projects before starting the classes.

Wow, this is stunning. I love the scale. Was this put together block by block? How large was it when finished? Absolutely beautiful job!

Hi Jennrose, thank you for your comments. this was a quilt as you go project and I think I did the blocks as an 8 inch finished size. the borders were pieced and quilted seperately and measured 4 inch finished. the sashing strips were done as 1 inch finished with a 1/2 inch seam allowance. I felt more comfortable with that and I preferred the look.
