Light (Water)

Project Description

What are you most proud of? My favourite here is 'Reflections 2' where I shot into the really bright water to catch these almost oily effects. It's interesting to note how much detail can be lost by shooting into the light. Consider the two images taken away from the light, where there's so much detail to be seen below the water. The ones taken into the light may be better as landscapes, with more detail and interest, but it's still worth looking at the other options - even if the image may be 'flatter' there's more colour and, as we see here, things to be seen with different conditions. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Experiment and look around for 'creative' possibilities.
