Bride Dress & Groom Tuxedo Favor Box

Project Description

What inspired your paper craft project? Online Photo or Website Name of website or photo Bride Dress & Groom Tuxedo Party Favor Boxes (SVG, DXF, and PDF file formats) Link to website or photo www.etsy.com/ca/listing/161154355/bride-dress-groom-tuxedo-party-favor?ref=shop_home_active What are you most proud of? It took quite some time to figure out how to achieve unique box shapes for both boy and girl, but I love how they stand out from the typical square shapes that are currently out there. What advice would you give someone starting this project? You'll need a digital die cutter that can import SVG or DXF files to cut my designs because it's challenging to do by hand.

What you will need

  • Card stock
  • glue
  • digital die cutter

Q&A with Cecelia Louie

MANRY35015041 asked:
Your work is beautiful. I did a little bit of quilling when I first got started making cards. But now, it is very difficult to buy the paper strips. Can you let me know where to find some and also where to purchase your book? Thank you.
Cecelia Louie answered:
Hi Manry, thanks for your kind words! I am unable to find quilling strips locally as well, so I buy it online now. I like this package of strips from Lake City Crafts, which have a great variety of colors: http://astore.amazon.com/crafting0d2-20/detail/B0013L5U82 My book can be purchased on Amazon via this link: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1454707844/ref=as_li_qf_sp_asin_il?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=1454707844&linkCode=as2&tag=crafting0d2-20 Thank you so much for taking the time to ask me - I'm flattered! :D Cecelia
