My name is Kinga. I live in Poland and I've been making kanzashi for the past eight years. I was always fascinated by Japanese crafts and decided to pursue this art. I am not a professional kanzashi maker though - I wish I were. Even though I concentrate to use techniques as much resembling the original ones as possible. I use silk, rice glue and base my work on traditional motifs.
