Thrummed Mittens

Project Description

What are you most proud of? The other project for this class, my first full fingered gloves. I just did these thrummed mittens because I had not done thrumming before, and they were quite fun. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Beginners should not shy away from this class. Marly gives very good instructions and tips along the way and you'll do fine. More advanced knitters will enjoy this class as well as there are some nice little tips and useful information. Start at the beginning and watch all the videos, you also will learn something, I did!

Q&A with Spalover

cinnymom asked:
Oh wow, absolutely cozy and warm looking. Really gorgeous :)
Spalover answered:
Grandson really like the inside softness, he rubbed in on his face for ten minutes!
lorrie7711 asked:
Beautiful! I made one glove,so far, using sock yarn and it turned out great! I didn't double the yarn , just went for it! I love the cozy feel the thrum gives!
Spalover answered:
As long as you figure out the gauge I'd think you can use any yarn you want. I have another sock yarn I'm going to try too.
MargiBorck asked:
Oh these look so snuggly!
Spalover answered:
They are! Thanks.
kendrahenrich asked:
