Q&A with fcl

LongLeafSoaps asked:
Love the lattice pattern! Great classic look!
fcl answered:
Thanks! The lattice pattern is fun to work with, and it gives you something to keep track of!
mathea asked:
Whoa! Cool!
fcl answered:
You're making me feel totally hip--thanks!
mholmberg37133 asked:
Can you tell me where this pattern is available?
fcl answered:
Actually, it's in "Materials," but not as one of the individual patterns. It's in the "Sock Planning Worksheet" section under the name "Telescope Lattice."
Creativewan asked:
What kind of toe did you use for these socks?
fcl answered:
I used the short-row toe--not exactly the one that Donna does but the kind-of-related Japanese short rows (from Carol Feller's free class on short rows). It was a while back, but I'm pretty sure I didn't do the additional yarnover in the pick-up phase like Donna does. I think I just followed the Carol Feller directions.
