What are you most proud of? I've been experimenting with the architecture of knitting - how to shape with different stitches. I was really pleased at how the 3" wide brim stays in place without flopping. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Like any good fit in knitting, you need to know YOUR stitch gauge per inch for the specific yarn and needles you're using or it could turn out too large or small. That's the Goldilocks part of knitting - I knit & block multiple gauge swatches until I find the one that's "just right." Time consuming and tedious, maybe. But surely worth it in the end.
