Project

Lacy Crescent Thing

What are you most proud of? The way the garter stitch short rows grow out of the leaf pattern. What advice would you give someone starting this project? If you want to make the lace portion bigger (or smaller!), just change the number of time you knit the repeat. I've included the math for four different lengths in the pattern, from short little shoulder shawl to something more... significant, so there's something there for just about everyone.

You Can Make This

Fiber Dreams made Lacy Crescent Thing with:

  • 1 hank Twist
  • Yarns of Intrigue Bamboo Sock in large (17 yards left when making the second to the largest size); 425 yards in 100 grams; 50% superwash merino
  • 25% bamboo
