Jacki Scarf

Project Description

What are you most proud of? After a couple of false starts, I got very comfortable with the technique. And I just love the squishiness of this scarf. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Don't give up! I had a bit of a rough start and was entirely unable to master the suggested cast-on. But I figured learning the stitch was more important, so I substituted a different cast-on and I am quite pleased with the results.

Q&A with KatMcNeil

CCaarrooll asked:
Love the color. Looks like you have definitely gotten the idea on the brioche knitting. Nice job!
KatMcNeil answered:
Thank you! Took a bit to get the hang of it, but it was fun. Alas, it may be a while before I can start the two-color scarf.
Nancy Marchant asked:
I agree with CCaarrooll, beautiful yarn choice. And knitted beautifully as well.
KatMcNeil answered:
Thank you. If I did well, it is because you are a good teacher!
MeMary77 asked:
Very pretty color, and spot-on knitting; you nailed it. Good on ya!
