Q&A with sara gresbach

tatsnpups asked:
i wouldnt put that on my son. it seems very femenine. I like it, but I would put it on my daughter.
sara gresbach answered:
I was going for "gender neutral" with the original, which is this sweater. The one I made for my daughter wasn't originally planned on and is much more "girlie." I guess it would look a little more "boyish" in a darker color or with long sleeves under it. He seems comfortable enough with his manhood to wear it though :)
ians_girl_ri asked:
I think it's wonderful and would LOVE to put it on my baby boy!!!
sara gresbach answered:
thank you, I think my son looks adorable in it with his little bare arms showing.
eversrb64916 asked:
I like it very much. . .I think it would be less girly if it was in a darker color and the model had a T-shirt on under it. BUT it is a darling pattern and one I will be making in the future.
sara gresbach answered:
thank you :)
facquelinefay asked:

sara gresbach answered:
you can click above where it says "by designer" or else on the orange writing "hoodsie: A hooded vest for girls or boys" and it will take you to the ravelry pattern page where you can purchase a downloadable version.
