Aviatrix iPad Cover

What was your source for this knitting project? Online Photo or Website Name of website or photo Aviatrix Clutch & iPad Cover Link to website or photo www.craftsy.com/pattern/knitting/Accessory/Aviatrix-Clutch-Kindle--iPad-Cover/1117 What are you most proud of? I love how putting the cable on a background of garter stitch instead of the usual reverse stockinette was quite interesting; since the insides of the birdcage cable are reverse stockinette, you really get an interesting texture. Also, I love that the pattern offers two sizes, one to fit a Kindle, and one to fit an iPad! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Putting in the zipper is easier than you think! Since the knit fabric is very sturdy, you can really just run it right through your sewing machine; no special sewing skills needed! Also, be aware that the fabric IS meant to be dense, so it will be a bit tight to knit. The project needs this extra thickness to hold its shape and provide nice cushioning for your electronic gizmos!

You Can Make This
