This is the easiest of easy to knit! In no time at all you can knit up a whole wardrobe of colors, mix and match the shrugs with different color dresses! Perfect to wear to a Valentines Party, and makes a nice summer dress too! Uses baby yarn, # 6 needles. Average knitter can make 2 complete dress outfits or more a week!
