Winter Chill Reversible Hat and Cowl/Scarf comes with instructions for a hat with a cowl and for an infinity scarf. They are both knit in the round and totally reversible. I couldn't decide which side I liked best! You be the judge. If you would rather knit instead of purl, there are instructions how to knit the scarf/hat in reverse. My name is Lara and I love to knit! I have been knitting for 13 years. My oldest son is almost 13! Before he was born, I picked up the needles and taught myself to knit! I started with a scarf, jumped to a jacket and hat for my newborn and then to a baptism gown! I have knit many, many sweaters, hats, mitts, socks over the last 10 years! Everytime I pick up needles, I have something else in my mind I want to try! I have an electronic systems engineering degree, but have chosen to stay home with my children at this moment. I love working with numbers, so writing up patterns is a great challenge for me! I have 6 wonderful children, so have many opportunities to knit for them! I have also learned some crocheting as I find it adds to my knit projects! I hope you enjoy these patterns as much as I do!
