PATTERN DETAILS

Warm and cosy: These lacy mittens are a beutiful eyecatcher in all seasons. The mittens enclose your wrist and move along your back of the hand until they finally are fastened to your middle finger by a small loop. For the mittens shown on photos I used a soft DK yarn with 50% wool and 50% cotton. But for cold winters they might look nice in pure wool, too. And in spring and summer you could knit them in pure cotton or fine lace yarn. If you'd like to adapt circumference, it's easy to do! Just cast on some more stitches. As I love knitting so much I decided a few years ago to spend more time with designing knitted garments and create the corresponding patterns. And that's what I do today most of the time. In the meantime I published two German knitting books and work as an online trainer for knitting courses. My patterns are available in English and German, and I offer them on many websites and in my own online shop at www.fashionworks.de
