Tundra is knit in pieces and sewn together. Hood stitches are picked up around the neck edge. The top of the hood is joined using the three needle bind off. BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY Basic knit and purl stitches decrease: p3tog increase: yo three needle bind off seaming pieces together GAUGE 18 sts and 14 rows = 4" in star pattern with larger needles; 16 sts = 4" and 17 rows = 2" in basket stitch with smaller needles.
