PATTERN DETAILS

The Sharing Cowl Collection is a set of quick, one-skein projects. The stitch pattern is eye-catching, yet easy to remember, and perfectly distributes the gorgeous colors of this variegated yarn. This pattern includes three versions of the cowl. Version 1 (photo 1 above) creates an adult-sized cowl. Version 2 (photo 2 above) creates an infinity cowl, which is longer and skinnier. Version 3 creates two child-sized cowls. Each version uses one skein of yarn (the child's version creates two cowls from one skein.) BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY Basic skills (knit, purl, cast on, bind off) increases and decreases knitting in the round GAUGE 24 stitches and 32 rows per 4-inch square in stockinette on US 6 (4mm) needle SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS Three sizes: standard cowl, infinity cowl, or two children's cowls SUGGESTED YARN 275 yards of DK weight PREFERRED BRAND/YARN Lorna's Laces Honor COLORWAY Tresses, Ballet, or Playtime
