By Deborah Newton Worked in one piece to the underarms, the body of this cardigan transitions from a flowing diamond-lace pattern into ribbing at the bodice. GAUGE 18 sts and 36 rows = 4"/10cm over lace pat st using size 6 (4mm) needles 24 sts and 30 rows = 4"/10cm over k2, p2 rib (slightly stretched) using size 5 (3.75mm) needles.
