These socks, with the glint of silver, the shine of silk and the beautiful colors of an able dyer are knit into a pattern that reflects a heavenly night sky. Gentle undulations echo the celestial sphere, with yarn-overs dancing across the clouds like shooting stars. This pattern is written for top-down 2-at-a-Time sock knitting, but experienced sock knitters can easily adapt the directions to their preferred sock knitting method. BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY Some sock experience recommended Basic increases and decreases Long tail cast-on GAUGE 8 stitches x 11 rows = 1 inch in stockinette stitch. SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS Finished foot circumference 7". Sock is designed to fit a foot that is 8-9" in circumference
