I love the look of the mobius cowl or wrap and decided to design one in a lace stitch using Homespun yarn. I love using the Homespun in the fall or winter. It is so nice and soft and warm for accessories. This accessory is very versatile and can be worn as a wrap to keep your back and shoulders warm or as a cowl to keep your neck warm on chilly days. It is a one size fits all pattern. I love to design things that can be worn different ways so you get more use out of them. This particular pattern is actually 2 patterns in 1. The pattern is for a lace mobius cowl or wrap and also for a more basic version that is not a lace stitch. The basic version has directions for a small to medium size or a medium to large size. Both patterns are knit on size US 15 circular needles. This accessory is knit in the round so there is no seaming. The basic cowl, that is not lacy, can be made with one skein of Homespun yarn and the lace version requires 2 skeins of yarn. This would be an advanced beginner to an intermediate project. You will need to be familiar with joining in the round, knit, purl, knit 2 together and yarn over to complete this project. The pattern is 5 pages long - for both patterns - and includes photos. You may sell your finished cowls made from this pattern but not my pattern.
