BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY Knit, purl, slipped sts, knit into the rows below, decreasing, knitting in the round, knitting with dpns. GAUGE 9 sts and 12 rows = 4" sq (10 cm sq) on US13. SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS Approximately 20" (51 cm) and stretches to 23" (58 cm) in circumference.
