When the Huber family settled near Wasatch Mountain in Northern Utah in the late 1800s, they planted 350 apple trees, 80 of which are still alive and producing. You can help harvest apples from these historical trees every fall and get rare apples like Wealthy, Yellow Transparent, or Red Astrakan. BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY Knit in the round increase decrease GAUGE 11 sts/2 in over stockinette stitch SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS To fit small to medium apples. To fit larger apples, use larger needles and/or thicker yarn. SUGGESTED YARN 130 yards of Sport weight PREFERRED BRAND/YARN Baby Cashmerino by Debbie Bliss Sport / 5 ply 55% Wool, 33% Microfiber, 12% Cashmere 137 yards / 50 grams, one skein in COLORWAY Red and small amount in Spring Green
