PATTERN DETAILS

A girl just sometimes needs something to keep the chill off and this easy-to-knit short sleeve bolero is just the thing to complement a 15-18" doll's ensemble. Caron Simply Soft Yarn works well for this project, but if other worsted weight yarn is used, select one on the thinner, almost DK, size. You can, if desired, use sock yarn and double it following this pattern as well. This is such a quick project, which can be completed in a day. If you are creating outfits for someone special's dolls for upcoming holidays, this would be a great project to consider! I have been knitting for 59 years and since the grandchildren arrived have been knitting daily. I decided I wanted to create easy predominantly seamless knitting projects because I love knitting in the round, and more important I hate to sew pieces together! I have had many wonderful comments from knitters who have created items from my patterns and like their finished projects, but should you come across a flaw or something that doesn't seem quite right in the instructions, I hope you will contact me! Contact me at woohoopepper@hotmail.com with any of your questions or concerns. You are free to sell your finished items, but please give me credit for the pattern. Thank you and happy knitting!
