Beginning with a slipped stitch edging, the hat progresses to the fair-isle brim where a welt is worked at the top. The crown is then worked with both single and double decreases to the end. BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY Knit Purl Work in-the-round Single and double decreases Increases GAUGE 20 sts and 20 rows = 4" in stranded colorwork SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS Fits head sizes 211/2"- 22" comfortably. Go up or down one needle size for larger or smaller size.
