PATTERN DETAILS

The shape for this pendant was inspired by the soaring roman arches used to construct ancient aqueducts bringing water to the city. These ancient arches still soar above the streets of old European cities. The pendant is woven in 15 easy steps which I have fully illustrated in an 13 page PDF document. The instructions will include all the materials that you will need to create the Garnet and Teal versions of this pendant. BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY It is based loosely on Right Angle Weave, and if you are familiar with that stitch, then it will make creaitng the pendant easier, but the directions are clear and illustrated, so no prior knowledge is necessary. My name is Marcie Abney Carroll and I started creating jewelry in 2007. A simple project to repair a simple beaded ring turned into a love of all things beadwoven and beaded in general. I've recently turned my attention toward metal and can be found most nights hammering away in my garage. If you'd like to learn more about me, please stop by my blog: http://labellajoya.blogspot.com.
