PATTERN DETAILS

BAND PATTERN: This is the original charted pattern I created and used to make the band of my Swirly Buckle Bracelet (see secondary pictures). This pattern's movement reminds me of swirling windstorms in ancient drawings, but more fun and modern in silvery greys, red, and black. This pattern is in PDF format, and includes the charted pattern (1-drop peyote) for the band only. The charted band pattern can be repeated as many times as required to make a bracelet the desired length. The suggested Delica bead colors are indicated, but have some fun with it and change up the colors a bit!!! If made with size 11 Delicas, the width of the bracelet will be about 1 inch (2.5 cm). (The specific buckle instructions are NOT included, but tips and tricks are included to guide you should you wish to try the exact bracelet - including where to get the buckle pattern. The secondary pictures only show what I have done with this pattern.) ****Since the pattern is peyote chart only, make sure you know how to follow a peyote-stitch chart and know how to perform the peyote stitch.***** This pattern is for your personal use only. Please do not sell/distribute this pattern. ****I would love to see the creations you come up with based on this pattern!! My mother was always a crafty girl herself. One day as a tween, when in a fabric store with her, I discovered these tiny pieces of color and light (beads) and was instantly enthralled. I got a book, and it took off from there! Now my creative adventures include beading, knitting, wire-working, and stamping! I still love to learn, grow, and share; and I hope to include many different techniques in my projects!
