Hi, I'm a Dutch girl and live in Switzerland since 1980; my husband is Swiss, and most important, he's wonderful. I started beading in 2004. Off-loom beadweaving and bead embroidery are my favorite beading techniques. I won the FMG Grand Prize Gold Medal in 2006 for a Seed bead jewelry set called "Roma" and a gold medal in the fiber arts category. In 2007 another choker received a bronze medal and in 2009 another necklace got rewarded with a silver medal in their contests.
