Cutwork Linen Skirt

I adapted a design from the Sweet Stitches collection from Embroidery Designs. I didn't want to mess with seams, so I figured out the diameter I wanted for the skirt bottom, and embroidered it in one piece; there are no side seams, all the shaping is done with darts. The last thing I embroidered was the bit at the top of the slit. If I had it to do over, I would have used a fusible medium interfacing to the hem as a stabilizer; the linen I used was a bit loose for the cutwork. Fabric from JoAnn's. Sulky thread & stabellizer.
