Baby Building Blocks Reversible Afghan

Project Description

What was your source for this crocheting project? Online Photo or Website Name of website or photo Baby Building Blocks Link to website or photo www.crochetbykathy.com/Baby1.html What are you most proud of? I really like how the continuous stacked blocks give a different illusion from every direction, even front to back. What advice would you give someone starting this project? This is not as complicated as it looks! The reversible design is achieved by alternating rows of medium and light blue, using a combination of sc and long hdc which are worked into the previous row. The long hdc are worked with medium blue on odd rows and light blue on even rows creating the reversible effect. The ends of all the rows are woven in an a border is added around the outside edge. A design chart is also included with the pattern. Be sure to follow the directions carefully and keep track of which row you're on -- the rows do not repeat in this pattern. The finished afghan size is 44" square. This pattern is available for $4.00 and is written in U.S. terms.

What you will need
