Afghan for Lilly Rose

Project Description

What are you most proud of? I ran out of the light green yarn for the intricate edging called for in the pattern design, so I left out the last five rounds. Because I used variegated yarn for the afghan body, I decided my simplified border was actually a better "choice" because it frames but does not compete with the center. What advice would you give someone starting this project? If you can read a pattern, know the basic stitches, and are willing to learn one or two new ones if necessary, you CAN create a family heirloom.

What you will need

  • TLC Baby sport weight yarn (Coats & Clark)
