Your little girl is always the enchanted flower in this easy to make shrug. Worked as two sleeves in the round and joined together with a back seam makes a fun and versatile style shrug with a ruffled edge. I loved coming up with a different construction for a shrug with this design. There is not multiple pieces to put together, just 2 sleeves! These sleeves create the arms, as well as the front and back of the shrug as you work in rounds.
