PATTERN DETAILS

When we moved to our new home, my oldest son was setting up his room. For the past 11 years, his stuffed Geoffrey Giraffe doll had taken the coveted favorite stuffed animal position on his bed. He had decided that he no longer wanted to sleep with Giraffie - and in to the closet he went. I was so sad that I had to do something. I designed this guy and showed it to him and he smiled and got a little teary eyed. This one is for my oldest son, may he always love his Giraffie, even if he is in the closet. This original CraftyDeb crochet amigurumi pattern is designed by Deb Richey. All CraftyDeb patterns are for personal use only and not for resale or selling finished items online. They can be made for in person craft shows and fairs. Your Craftsy purchase will also be made available for download on my main website at www.CraftyDeb.com. GAUGE There is no gauge given however the tighter your stitches, the less stuffing will show through. If you can see air between your stitches, use a smaller hook. SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS 13" tall when made with worsted weight yarn.

Recommended with this pattern

  • 2 1/2 oz yarn - main color
  • 3/4 oz yarn - antlers, feet
  • 3/3 oz yarn - spots
