PATTERN DETAILS

This Waldorf-inspired toy works up quickly -- you can create a whole dance troupe in a few hours. It will provide hours of imaginative play for your little one. I call her a dancer because her skirt flares out like a girl twirling around, but she can just as easily be a fairy, a princess, or a milk maid -- it's up to the person playing with her. I recommend using 100% cotton yarn because it lends a stiffness that helps the doll stand up as shown. This pattern is written in US crochet terms. IMPORTANT! All patterns are designed by Rachel Kovaciny (Huggermugger) and are protected by copyright laws. You may make your own items from these patterns and sell them, but you may not reproduce or distribute this pattern in any form for any reason other than following its instructions yourself to crochet an item. I can't remember a time when I wasn't creating things. My mom taught me to crochet and sew, I took art lessons, and I'm now slowly learning to knit. I love the whole crafting process, from coming up with an idea or design to seeing it take shape to enjoying the finished product.
