I am an author, fiber artist, and a CZT (Certified Zentangle Teacher), specializing in locker hooking, crochet, sewing, mixed media, and Zentangle Art. "Alaska Locker Hooking Etc." started in 1999, after I wrote the first book on locker hooking with fabric entitled, "Locker Hooking With Fabric Strips" and I started teaching classes. In 2005, I started designing crochet patterns and teaching rag rug classes. I also make "Alaskan Stuffies", which are fun stuffed polar fleece creatures with crazy eyes and big hearts! In 2014, I became a CZT (Certified Zentangle Teacher), and was trained by Maria Thomas and Rick Roberts, founders of the Zentangle INC. in Providence, Rhode, Island. I currently teach Zentangle Art classes in Anchorage, Alaska.
