How it works

  • This pattern was designed by a Craftsy independent design partner!
  • You'll purchase through PayPal and all profits go to the designer.
  • After purchase find your pattern in your pattern library.

This is a slightly shaped triangle shawl, almost a batwing shape, worked from the top down, in any easy crocheted seed stitch, which results in a lightly textured shawl that sits on your shoulders well. The confetti shawl matches my Confetti hat pattern, & is designed for charity use. I freely offer this pattern to you in the hopes that you will make at least one for charity. Any yarn / any size hook / any gauge can be used to make this shawl. Pattern also includes a chart. Blue version shown is using Red Heart Super Saver; red example was made with various scraps of dk/sport/worsted weight wool yarns. Thanks to honeystalks, deadalchemist, cdahl, BayviewPaula, & CollieGrl64 for testing! Many thanks to June Gilbank ( for her tech editing/charting skills. Anastacia Knits Designs
My name is Anastacia, and I am the scrap yarn/one skein queen. I buy my yarn mainly at yard sales/thrift stores, so I got used to making do with what I could find. So most of my patterns are designed to use up the odd skeins or leftovers in your life, and are geared towards beginner crocheters or those who just want a fast, easy, but still pretty item. I'm a 30 something adult living in MA. I’m married, have a wonderful cat named Wedgie, & I work full time. I also teach knitting & crocheting at my local Michael's & squeeze in designing as many hours as I can a week. I do love to hear from everyone, but please remember that I am busy, just like you, & will reply as soon as I can. All of my patterns use USA terms & abbreviations. I try to layout my patterns as simply as possible to save money for people printing at home. My patterns are as short as possible, usually with only one photo on the first page, which you can easily skip printing to save ink. .
