PATTERN DETAILS

I love designing animals with a little character. Big Bunny Foo Foo began as a submission for the 2012 Crochet Me Amigurumi calendar... I was about halfway through when I reread the requirements for the submissions - Big Bunny Foo Foo was more than double the maximum height so I set him aside and began to work on some other projects to submit. fyi - I am November with a turkey of a design - no, it wasn't a dud. It was a turkey :D Anyhoo... I used to sing Little Bunny Foo Foo to my kids when they were little so I knew I had to begin a series of dolls to go with the song! Big Bunny Foo Foo is one of my best sellers. He is super photogenic which also helps - but I swear it's the yarn I chose to use for this - which was Red Heart Super Saver's Peruvian Print. It's one of my favorite variegated yarns ever! This original CraftyDeb crochet amigurumi pattern is designed by Deb Richey. All CraftyDeb patterns are for personal use only and not for resale or selling finished items online. They can be made for in person craft shows and fairs. Your Craftsy purchase will also be made available for download on my main website at www.CraftyDeb.com. GAUGE There is no gauge given however the tighter your stitches, the less stuffing will show through. If you can see air between your stitches, use a smaller hook. SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS 15" tall, not including ears. 22" tall with ears when made with worsted weight yarn

Recommended with this pattern

  • 5 oz yarn - body, ears, legs, arms
  • 1 oz yarn - head
