Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. a lot of chocolate, mostly dark chocolate with over 60% cocoa for the centers and coating. I did some centers with raspberry preserves and rolled some centers once covered in crushed cashews. What are you most proud of? Learning to temper chocolate. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Read through all the materials. They're a bit difficult to understand since they are divided in a weird way.
