Dominic's instructions the best I could, I didn't have instant yeast so I had to use active dry yeast and added it to my warm water like we are told to do in the sweet dough instructions, to make up for not using water as hot as recommended I slightly warmed up my mixing bowl. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Its really fun, I had some trouble with the braid but like Fr. Dominic says bread forgives so I rerolled it out and tried again.
