I followed the sandwich bread and dinner roll recipe from the class to make mini loaves of bread as well as the three different types of rolls. A recent Facebook post showed how to turn a roll into a bunny, so I attempted that two with limited results. What are you most proud of? The mini loaves turned out beautifully - they were all delicious! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Give yourself plenty of time to form the rolls - it takes practice.
