Thank you Chef Torres for the wonderful class. Today I made the rasberry and Earl Grey recipes and they were delicious! I used Guittard 64% Cacao for the dark and 38% Cacao for the milk chocolate. Made quite a mess dripping chocolate everywhere, but all worth it. Thank you again, looking forward to making the other recipes. My family is thrilled! I made a small 5 x 5 inch box for a new baby celebration. Baby is wearing an acorn cap, added molded chocolate acorns and leaves for Nov birth date. So fun to do.
