Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. Recipes for sandwich bread (from the class) and a nine grain bread (off the web) were used. I used larger mini loaves pans from Wilton's. What are you most proud of? The white bread turned out very well. What advice would you give someone starting this project? My suggestion would be to try dividing the nine grain loaves into five mini loaf pans.
